Sage 300 - Customer Management

In Sage 300, customer management is handled by the Accounts Receivable module.  Users can maintain multiple customers of the company along with their complete details such as addresses, contact details, terms of contract, etc.  In addition, they can also save multiple contact details per customer and deal with multiple currencies with each customer.

The module maintains the customer ledgers where the users are able to see all the related documents of the customers including the various invoices, receipts/refunds, etc.  The module also is able to track the document ageing based on either as of the due-date of the document or as of the document date. 

Users can run several reports such as customer transactions report with multiple parameters like type of document, date range along with sorting & filtering options.  In addition, the users can also issue customer statements based on different parameters.  Such documents can be either printed and sent to the customers or setups can be made in order to send these documents directly to the customers via email upon processing & printing in the system.

The AR module is well equipped and organized in way that the users can get the complete details of the customers online in just one screen, however, there are many other reports as well that could be run and data represented for analytical purposes.
